Bobby Lashley is ready to feed off the fans at WrestleMania 37.
The newly crowned WWE Champion briefly chatted with Ben McCully of 97.7 Max FM out of Canada to hype the Fastlane PPV and was asked what it will be like to finally have actual fans in attendance once WrestleMania fires off in Tampa Bay.
“It’s gonna be amazing. We feed off the fans, man, you know that. The more fans give us the more we give them. I can’t wait. I can’t wait to see have the fans come. I want to see how they take to the Hurt Business because we’ve been getting a lot of positive feedback on social media and everything like that and we just want that time and energy in front of the fans the first time we say: ‘We are The Hurt Business.’
Bobby also was asked about getting more time in front of the microphone and if viewers will happen to see more of that going forward. Lashley says his military background gives him more of an action than words attitude, but he’s not against talking those aforementioned fans into Raymond James Stadium.
“I don’t mind going out there and talking a little bit. As a champion you gotta be a little bit more versatile So that’s one of the things I’ve been doing since I’ve come back. Doing a little more acting, doing a little bit more coaching, different things like that so we can be a little bit more engaging with the crowd, but ultimately most my talking will be in the ring when the bell rings.”
