Next week’s episode of NXT is going to be a big one, with a huge No. 1 Contender’s match planned to see who will face off against Finn Balor for the NXT Championship, as well as some other matches featuring some big rivals in NXT.
In the biggest match of the night, Kyle O’Reilly and Pete Dunne will face off against one another in a No. 1 Contender’s match, with the winner moving on to face off against Finn Balor for the NXT Championship at NXT’s New Year’s Evil. Also planned for the night is a big match between Rhea Ripley and Toni Storm, with the two feuding superstars getting the chance to take things out on each other in the ring.
Elsewhere in the night, Leon Ruff & Kushida will be teaming up to take on Johnny Gargano & Austin Theory, and Karrion Kross is also set to make an appearance, where he’ll be taking on an opponent that has yet to be named. After brutally assaulting Damian Priest last week, it’ll be interesting to see what Kross does in the ring this week.
