Current Being The Elite Champion John Silver and the rest of the Dark Order gathered in the clubhouse to celebrate Thanksgiving with the help of the official fast-casual dining establishment of The Dark Order, Chili’s. Silver led the group in recounting what they’re thankful for this year, which included Colt Cobana’s cult-funded facial reconstruction surgery and the good looks of Alex Reynolds. While Mr. Brodie Lee is still away on business and/or recuperating from the vicious dog collar match, it seems that his disciples are holding the fort down in AEW.
Speaking of the BTE Championship Belt, a #1 Contender’s gauntlet match of sorts was also held on this week’s episode, pitting Trent, Luchasaurus, Aaron Solow, Super Panda, and Ricky Starks in a mass One Chip Challenge. After fifteen grueling minutes, all five competitors refused to drink milk, but Tren took on the extra challenge of eating a portion of another chip, making him the victor. He’ll take on champion John Silver in a mustard packet throwing contest for the title on next week’s show.
