Serena Deeb will make her return to All Elite Wrestling in a match against Big Swole on this week’s episode of Dynamite.
AEW just announced the match is the latest one confirmed for this week’s “Chris Jericho 30th Anniversary” themed episode of Dynamite. Deeb signed with AEW after her debut match for the company against Thunder Rosa on September 2. Deeb worked another match the following week on AEW Dark against KiLynn King, but has not been used on television since then.
On September 24, Deeb pulled herself from an advertised match against former NWA Women’s Champion Allysin Kay at a Prime Time Live taping. Deeb went into self-quarantine for ten days after coming into contact with someone who had tested positive for COVID-19.
In addition to the Deeb vs. Swole match, Cody Rhodes will face Brodie Lee in a Dog Collar match, Jericho will team with Jake Hager against Chaos Project, and FTR will defend their titles against TH2.
