During an appearance on After The Bell with Corey Graves, Beth Phoenix remembered the first time she was in the ring and experienced a standout crowd reaction. RAW was overseas, and Beth Phoenix had held the Women’s Title for close to a year. On that night against Mickie James, the title changed hands, and Beth remembers the crowd getting to their feet and filling the arena with noise in a way that she’d never been a part of before.
Beth also talked about her time with Santino and her appearance in the Men’s Royal Rumble as career highlights. The latter especially, as she looked up to Chyna when she was younger and the Attitude Era star’s appearance was the reason she started lifting weights.
