UPDATE: Later in the episode, it was announced that Crews has accepted the rematch.
The United States Championship was officially on the line tonight as Apollo Crews took on MVP, who has been walking around with his own belt as of late. Both belts were on the line as the referee acknowledged the two titles prior to the match.

The championship match went back-and-forth but it was the decorated veteran that had an advantage against the younger champion for much of the bout. Crews eventually mounted a comeback and hit a huge toss powerbomb for the win. Crews held both titles in the air and declared himself the real champ.

It appears that Bobby Lashley could be next as he tried to attack Crews after the match and previously injured Crews. After the bout, MVP said there were “unsafe working conditions” and said that he wants a rematch at SummerSlam.
