Cody didn’t seem to take his challenger all that seriously at first and seemed visibly annoyed to be sharing the ring with him. Warhorse would strike first by hitting a big lariat, although Rhodes wasn’t too shaken up by the exchange. Cody would then target his opponent’s leg, showing his technical wrestling advantage, and hit a big superplex.
Rhodes once again showed his arrogance by doing push-ups inside the ring, which allowed Warhorse to recover some. The challenger managed to land a top rope elbow drop that was good for a near-fall but couldn’t seal the deal. Cody would then lock in a figure four to get hte submission win.

After the match, members of the Dark Order hit the ring and attacked Rhodes and Warhorse. Matt Cardona, the former Zack Ryder, then ran in and saved his friend.
