UPDATE: The topic of QT Marshall’s trainees potentially being in attendance got brought up after Tony Khan made the announcement and the AEW President added that none of the talents training with QT would be at tonight’s Dynamite tapings either.
Yes. As a precaution, none of them are here at Dynamite this week either.

The Nightmare Family’s apple lover is out of action. Tony Khan tweeted out earlier today that QT Marshall came into contact with someone in his personal life who has tested positive for COVID-19. Rather than risk the safety of AEW’s talent roster, the decision was made for QT to get his own test at home, necessitating a change to tonight’s AEW Dynamite lineup.
Since last week’s show, in his everyday life, QT had brief contact with a non-wrestling acquaintance who since tested positive for COVID-19. Rather than risk bringing QT to our test site, our doc asked him to stay home & take a COVID test back in GA to protect the rest of us here https://t.co/eeN8VmF2nP

Rather than the previously announced contest between the Natural Nightmares and FTR, AEW’s newest tandem will face off against Christopher Daniels and Kaz of SCU. QT confirmed it himself, saying he was looking forward to the match, but he needs to put the safety of everyone before his own wants.
There wasn’t anyone looking forward to this match more than me, but the overall health of our roster is much bigger than one match. Sorry to those who were stoked, but #SCU vs #FTR will be great! Enjoy #AEWDynamite https://t.co/sjWaYJWwf4

Either contest will allow fans to see more of FTR in-ring, so I don’t think they’ll be to upset with the delay.
