Could we already be saying another goodbye to the Rated R Superstar? Edge has tweeted out a message to his fans noting that he made his WWE debut on this day 22 years ago and that he’d have an update on his future for tonight’s episode of RAW.
June 22, 1998 I made my @WWE televised debut. Tonight, on #RAW exactly 22 years later, I update everyone on my future. pic.twitter.com/A6FGcrwIp7

Edge was most recently on WWE programming in the main event of Backlash, losing “The Greatest Wrestling Match Of All Time” to Randy Orton after a hard-fought contest. Orton finished things with his patented punt, a maneuver that’s known for taking wrestlers out for good if hit correctly. Considering that strike, Edge’s history of injuries, and the reported torn tricep he suffered while taping the match, is Edge going to be hanging his boots up once again? Will he try to return once more after another lengthy recovery? Hopefully, tonight’s episode of RAW will clear things up.
