Asuka vs. Nia Jax wasn’t originally supposed to end in a double disqualification last night at WWE Backlash, per The Wrestlling Observer‘s report.
On the latest episode of “Wrestling Observer Radio,” Dave Meltzer stated that the change in finish in the RAW Women’s Title match wasn’t the original set of plans and Dave also stated that a lot of changes will go down starting tonight with Bruce Pritchard being promoted as the new creative director of WWE RAW.
Meltzer then reveals that tonight’s RAW and Friday’s SmackDown are both being taped today and the tapings for next week’s set of programming will be recorded on Tuesday.
