You might be wondering where Robert Roode and The Singh Brothers have been lately and it turns out they haven’t been on television because they can’t get into the country.
According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter’s Dave Meltzer, Roode, Sunil and Samir Singh are unable to re-enter the United States since they live in Canada and there are travel restrictions in place due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Meltzer also noted Brock Lesnar is also a Canadian resident but he was able to “pull some strings” to get into the country for WWE’s WrestleMania 36 tapings last month. It was also mentioned that most of the other Canadian talent already live in Florida so it’s not a widespread issue.
Lesnar has not appeared on WWE TV since losing to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 36. Roode has not appeared since he worked the Elimination Chamber PPV on March 8, and while the Singhs have appeared on broadcasts since then, it’s been archived footage and their last match took place on 205 Live in February.
