Jim Cornette has publicly feuded with a number of today’s professional wrestling stars but he has finally squashed the beef with Joey Janela at one of our nation’s great dining establishments.
Joey Janela has long been a thorn in Cornette’s side, with the “Louisville Lip” often ripping on Janela for his lack of wrestling skills, among other traits. As it turns out, Janela took some time on Instagram Live to reveal their ‘feud’ is over and it’s just for show now, something Cornette still denies.
“Two things I have never done and never plan to do are catch Coronavirus or meet Jelly Nutella in person,” said Cornette.
Janela continued to egg Cornette on, claiming they had a great time together at Chili’s and enjoyed southwest egg rolls and margaritas together. The Chili’s Twitter account even chimed in, noting they won’t let Cornette run from the truth: he had a great time with Joey at Chili’s.
Jim, please stop running away from the fact that you and Joey had a great time at Chili's.
