The latest episode of VICELAND’s Dark Side of the Ring tackled Dr. D, David Schultz and the infamous moment where he slapped a 20/20 reporter for calling wrestling “fake.”
According to Showbuzz Daily, that episode pulled in 255,000 viewers, which marks the second highest audience for the season, just behind the Chris Benoit episode of the show. Viewership has still yet to come near the peak of the season two premiere, which saw two episodes dedicated to the death of Chris Benoit, Nancy Benoit, and their son Daniel.
Next week, the series will focus on the story of Herb Abrams and his fanatical attempt to build a wrestling empire. The official trailer, which you can view below, was passed on to WrestleZone.
