The “invasion” is one of the most direct interactions we’ve seen between WWE and AEW throughout the “Wednesday Night War.” The magnitude of the conflict between the companies is unclear but Guevara’s tank ride calls back to DX’s invasion of WCW during the Monday Night Wars. It’s fair to argue AEW is trying to send a message.
