This week on WWE RAW, Becky Lynch faced WWE Tag Team Champion Kairi Sane in a singles match. On Sunday, Lynch will defend her WWE RAW Women’s Championship against Asuka, Sane’s tag team partner. Before the match, Lynch said Asuka did her a favor when she spit green mist in her eyes. The Man said Asuka is the one who should be doubting herself. Lynch acknowledged that Asuka beat her a year ago but the Man said she won; she had a remarkable 2019. Lynch vowed to collect her debt and prove Asuka can’t beat her anymore.

Asuka accompanied Sane to the ring. Lynch gained the upper hand early on but a distraction from Asuka let Sane take control. A cheap shot from Asuka further stacked the deck against the champion. Asuka sat on the ring post to watch the match and play mind games with Lynch. The Man rallied and clotheslined Sane. After a distraction from Asuka, Sane hit Lynch with a flying forearm. An inverted DDT and a diving leg drop earned the Man a near fall. Sane countered a suplex with a DDT for a two count. Lynch knocked Asuka off the top rope before she made Sane tap to the Disarm-Her.

After the match, Asuka attacked Lynch and rocked her with a kick to the head. Backstage, in an interview, Asuka said Lynch won’t be ready for her at the WWE Royal Rumble.
