It looks like Killer Kross will not be appearing on another round of IMPACT Wrestling TV tapings, and his situation with the company does not appear to be improving.
According to a new report by PWInsider.com, Kross is not booked for this week’s IMPACT TV tapings in Las Vegas, which start tonight. It was noted that the company was firm on not changing their offer of a multi-year, six figure deal to Kross after he asked to be released from a deal he signed last year. The yearly breakdowns cited in the new report were $40K, $60K and 80K, but another source speaking to PWInsider claimed those totals were outdated and IMPACT’s final offer was much higher. Kross is reportedly being held to his existing deal after declining IMPACT’s last offer; he has 18 months left on the current deal and has been consulting with a lawyer for his communications with the company.
On a related front, IMPACT sources told PWInsider that the company had no problem getting fake blood after it was reported that Kross refused to blade at the Slammiversary pay-per-view. It was also noted that IMPACT was the one to offer the fake blade and had no issue with Kross declining.

Earlier this week, Wrestlezone reported Kross was being “punished” for refusing to cut himself in that match against Eddie Edwards. According to our source, there was some concern from a talent perspective over the lack of blood testing and the absence of a doctor or medic at the venue. It was also said that IMPACT officials were upset when they then had to go out and get fake blood for the match after Kross didn’t want to cut himself open. PWInsider and Fightful had also independently confirmed the Wrestlezone report about the Kross’ absence possibly being tied to the blading issue.
IMPACT Wrestling is set to tape in Las Vegas today and Friday at Sam’s Town in Las Vegas. Kross is currently booked for an independent appearance at Maverick Pro Wrestling against Darby Allin this weekend in Los Angeles. He’s also set to compete next week at Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport II in Atlantic City, and Go Professional Wrestling’s debut event in Wayne, New Jersey on September 28.
