After a less than stellar night for The Undisputed Era at NXT Takeover: Toronto, Adam Cole’s gang of wrestlers have come back swinging. Facing The Street Prophets once again for the NXT Tag Team Titles in this week’s taping main event, Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish captured the gold.

This makes The Undisputed Era three-time NXT Tag Team Titleholders, a feat unmatched by any team competing in the promotion. O’Reilly and Fish also hold the distinction of being the longest-reigning champions, having a combined reign of 421 days before the start of this third run with the belts.

Former champs Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford were ushered out of Full Sail with chants of “Thank You Profits” according to tapings attendee JJ Williams. With the Street Profits already becoming a staple on RAW, it’s easy to assume that this could be the last time they appear on the Black and Gold brand.
