Paige was recently pulled from a meet-and-greet appearance, and the WWE star revealed it’s because she is set to have another surgical procedure on her neck.
Paige responded to a fan’s complaint about her being pulled from one of this weekend’s SummerSlam meet-and-greet sessions, noting that it was due to a consult with her doctor and said her health takes priority. She offered an apology to the fan, but later revealed more details about her neck, saying she had another hernia and it would require surgery.
Paige referenced Uniondale in her post, which is the site of her (now) final match for WWE on December 27, 2017. The former WWE Divas Champion was teaming with Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville as Absolution against Bayley, Mickie James and Sasha Banks, and she was injured when an errant kick to the back by Banks led to the match being ruled a no contest due to the injury.
