It was announced on Twitter by All Elite Wrestling that long-time veteran of the ring and ECW Heavyweight Champion Jerry Lynn has signed with the company
According to Dave Meltzer via his latest Wrestling Observer Radio with Bryan Alvarez, “Coach” Lynn will be in the role as an agent for AEW.

Lynn’s and The Elite crew has had previous ties with one another when you consider that he played an intricate role in the match between Christopher Daniels and Stephen Amell at All In back in Chicago as the special guest referee. Daniels and Lynn clashed with one another while both working for Ring Of Honor.
For many fans growing up in the 1990s, Lynn may be most famous for his classic feud he had with Rob Van Dam, but Jerry is also heavily respected, highly-regarded talent in and outside of the ring among his peers and fans. Having stints in promotions ranging from ECW, WCW, WWE, TNA and Ring Of Honor, Lynn has a vast background of wrestling experience that certainly fits the role for an agent. Much of the wrestling world took to social media to congratulate Lynn on his new journey with All Elite.
