The Florida teen who found himself in court for trying to RKO his Principal last week has ended up in court again for a similar stunt. Originally posted to his now-defunct Instagram page, 18-year-old Gianny Sosa is seen jumping over the fence at a shopping complex to attack a plastic alligator. He performs Randy Orton’s signature finishing move to the prop before pretending to pin it. The incident predates the encounter with his principal, but Gianny was only recognized because of the media attention surrounding his first arrest.
In the video below (Courtesy of the Miami Herald), you can see Gianny’s appearance in court in front of the same judge who saw him last week as well as footage of the two RKO incidents. The shopping center claims that the teen inflicted over $3000 in damages to their prop, although the prosecutor of the case seems less than convinced.
