Self-Help Book Finds Inspiration in Pro Wrestling

WrestleMania Weekend is probably a good time to be releasing wrestling themed products, which is why it only makes sense that Good Advice From Professional Wrestling: Full Contact Life Lessons From The Pinnacle Performance Art is hitting bookshelves everywhere this Sunday.

The book features a forward from former WCW star Diamon Dallas Page and then dives into quotes from past and present wrestling stars. It takes famous utterances from wrestlers ranging from CM Punk and Lita to Britt Baker and The Young Bucks and finds life lessons in them. “Professional wrestling is much more sophisticated than most people will give it credit for,” says co-author Darren Paltrowitz.

Coauthor D.X. Ferris has previously worked on Good Advice From Goodfellas: Positive Life Lessons From The Best Mob Movie. Both books are part of the Every Day Series, which finds life-changing lessons in pop culture. You can check out the book now on Amazon.
