However, TNA import Robbie E seems to be trying his hand at a new role. Possibly due to Matt Riddle’s recent emergence in the yellow brand. In his NXT house show debut, he premiered as tag team manager Robert Strauss.

Dressed in a suit and some pants that need a tailor, Robert backed up Saurav Gurjar and Rinku Singh. According to FLWrestlingFan on Twitter, he gave a mission statement during his debut. He expanded on his mission to create a group of elite wrestlers from across the globe. While managers haven’t been truly in favor in WWE for a long while, we’ve seen more in recent years than you’d expect.
