WWE Applies For Trademark On Long Time Phrase
WWE recently filed a trademark for the phrase “Then, Now, Forever” on February 4th just one day after CBS used it in their 2019 Super Bowl broadcast.
WWE has been using it since early 2012 and the reasoning for the trademark was “shows about professional wrestling; entertainment services, namely, the production and exhibition of professional wrestling events rendered live and through broadcast media including television, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and wrestling information via a global computer network.”
