Alexa Bliss Talks Her In-Ring Return At Royal Rumble

RAW Superstar Alexa Bliss has been out of action since October 2018, but announced a Royal Rumble return last week on RAW. Bliss opened up about her return earlier today, “I’m very excited. I’ve been out of the ring for almost four months now, so I’m ready to get back in and get back in the swing of things.”

Bliss was RAW Women’s Champion and unable to compete at last year’s inaugural Women’s Royal Rumble. The former RAW Women’s Champion opened up about what competing in the event means to her, “I’m really excited because last year I wasn’t able to be a part of the Rumble. Obviously, because I was champion (champ problems), but I’m really excited because I wanted to be in the match so bad, so now I’m able to be in the match and it’s working out perfectly.”

Bliss also talked about a potential championship opportunity at WrestleMania 35, “My first step is getting back into the ring and getting back in the swing of things. Once everything’s all set in order, I’m coming after a title. It doesn’t matter which one.”

Carmella On Entering The Rumble At #30

WWE caught up with former SmackDown Women’s Champion Carmella, who offered a prediction for tonight’s Royal Rumble Match, “The Royal Rumble’s gonna be fabulous. It’s the second ever all female Royal Rumble. I’m really excited and I can’t wait to win.”

Carmella also talked about the advantage of coming into the match at #30, “I have the best spot in the match because I get to watch the first 29 people come out before me, see their strategies, see if there are any alliances forming, so I have the best advantage.”

The SmackDown Superstar also offered predictions for her Mixed Match Challenge partner R-Truth, who is also slated to enter his respective Royal Rumble Match at #30, “R-Truth, if he keeps his head on straight could go all the way, but sometimes he gets a little confused, so we have to be sure to keep him in check.”

Carmella also opened up about preparing for a potential main event at WrestleMania 35, “I have no words. It would be so exciting to be able to go into WrestleMania, headlining to get that title back and become a two time champion. Whether it’s SmackDown or RAW, who knows?”
