PAC has been in high demand since departing from WWE and it looks like his schedule will be filling up for the new year.
Over The Top Wrestling revealed on Twitter today that the current Open The Dream Gate Champion will face WALTER at their “Homecoming” event in Dublin on Feb. 17th. WALTER recently signed a deal with WWE to be a part of their NXT UK brand but is currently finishing up bookings for the end of the year. While the new contract guidelines prohibits NXT UK talent from working against wrestlers contracted to ROH, NJPW, IMPACT, and WOS, PAC currently works as a freelancer and with the Dragon Gate promotion, which excludes him from their guidelines. It’s also interesting to point out that this match would be not only the first time ever between the two European stars but PAC’s first encounter in over a year against WWE-contracted talent.
