A cowboy is gunning to claim the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. Former TNA Heavyweight Champion James Storm has been announced as the next NWA challenger, as he will take on Nick Aldis for the storied belt on Saturday January 5, 2019. It will be part of NWA’s Pop Up Event that takes place at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center.

James Storm is best known for his time in TNA and IMPACT Wrestling, but also had a short stint in NXT as well. He famously tagged with Bobby Roode as Beer Money.
