CM Punk Chants Erupt, Shane McMahon Booed In Manchester (VIDEO)

Paige sarcastically referred to Shane McMahon as ‘the best in the world’ during this week’s edition of SmackDown Live.

The Manchester, England crowd was not happy with McMahon’s new post-Crown Jewel title and reacted with raucous boos. As the booing subsided, a deafening CM Punk chant reverberated throughout the arena.

Matty Paddock, was in attendance and captured the whole thing on video. Paddock added, “Expect that to be edited heavily.”

CM Punk took to Twitter to share that he and wife AJ Lee voted. Punk added, “@TheAJMendez and I voted. You should too.”

Punk hasn’t been shy about his political views in the past.

When Punk was asked whether or not he would accept a White House invitation from President Trump, Punk answered,

“Number one, I would not be invited. Number two, no, I would not go. If David Duke invites me over for tacos, I’m not going over to David Duke’s house, you know what I mean? C’mon, I call it like I see it. A racist is a racist. I don’t care if you’re in the White House or, y’know, you live down the street from me. Like, I’m not hanging out with you.”
