During the open of Monday Night RAW, WWE aired a video tribute to former WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. Reigns vacated the title last week after revealing to the audience that he’s undergoing a second bout with leukemia.

Throughout the evening, the commentary team would update the crowd of his condition and aired another video of the patients of the Children’s Hospital of Dallas sending their wishes. Reigns attended the Children’s Hospital six weeks ago as part of WWE’s Make-A-Wish foundation and the children returned the favor, reassuring Reigns that he is not alone in his fight and they will support him in every way.

After the video ran, the RAW crowd in Charlotte paid their respects, chanting “Thank You Roman” in a heartfelt moment.
