Impact Wrestling has revealed that they will partner up with Border City Wrestling in order to help them present their 25th Anniversary event. Impact has quietly been getting better and better as a brand, and as part of the BCW show, former WCW World Heavyweight Champion David Arquette will return to the squared circle once again.
