Three-man factions have been a part of wrestling history for a long time. We’ll start off by saying that we’re not going to count The Fabulous Freebirds nor the nWo on this list. While we do consider those two to be among the greatest trios of all time, their lack of appearances or impact in WWE is why they’re not added here.
If this were about wrestling in general, the rest assured, the top two spots on the list would belong to the two mighty factions. WWE has seen its fair share of trios but they only really come about once in a few years. While we have seen forgettable factions, this list is going to focus on some of the most unforgettable three-man groups in WWE history.
