WrestleMania is the biggest and grandest event in wrestling history. Over the course of three and a half decades, it’s provided us with some of the most incredible moments that we can think of and we’ve always loved to witness those larger than life characters through generations tell stories in the ring.
WrestleMania is an event that can make or break a star, and WWE has always tried to stack the card from top to bottom with a lot of star power. Naturally, it goes without saying that the biggest star on the show and the biggest match on the show should main event the grand event.
That hasn’t always happened, but we’ve witnessed some magical main events over the past many years, where careers have been made, stars were born, eras have begun and more. On the flipside, there have been those main events which either weren’t deserving of the spot or were far too underwhelming to headline the grandest stage of them all.
