#5.) She wasn’t the first Carmella in WWE
When you mention Carmella in the WWE context, the only one you would usually think of is The Princess Of Staten Island. Believe it or not, she happens to be the second person using the name Carmella in WWE.
In 2004, Carmella DeCesare took part in the Divas search. As you could imagine, she definitely didn’t have the in-ring or mic skills that The Princess Of Staten Island has. It was a different time period altogether when WWE decided to emphasize on women’s looks over talent.
The first Carmella had a very brief stint with WWE, with her most notable appearance being a match at Taboo Tuesday against Christy Hemme in a lingerie pillow fight. WWE certainly wouldn’t want you to remember the first Carmella!
