It’s almost time for WWE NXT Great American Bash Night 2.
Tonight’s special episode of NXT emanates from the WWE Performance Center. WWE has set up a loaded card for 8/6 NXT, including three title matches.
Here’s what’s on tap for NXT The Great American Bash Nigh 2.
Kendal Grey vs. Wren Sinclair
Wren Sinclair joined No Quarter Catch Crew at the expense of Carlee Bright on 7/23 NXT.
Sinclair would cause a distraction for Kendal Grey against Jaida Parker the following week at NXT Great American Bash.
The two women will collide in singles action tonight.
Trick Williams vs. Pete Dunne at NXT Great American Bash
Pete Dunne attacked Trick Williams following his win over Cedric Alexander two weeks ago on WWE NXT.
The Bruiserweight even attempted to hurt former tag team partner Sheamus with a shillelagh last night on RAW.
Tonight, Dunne arrives on NXT to take on Williams in singles action.
Joe Hendry vs. Joe Coffey
It’s the battle of Joe’s at NXT Great American Bash.
Joe Hendry guest commentated The Rascalz versus Gallus on 7/16 NXT. The TNA star had a bit of advice for the Coffey brothers and Wolfgang following their loss.
An irate Gallus would disrupt Hendry’s live concert at NXT Great American Bash. WWE announced that Hendry and Coffey would collide at NXT GAB Night 2.
Axiom & Nathan Frazer (c) vs. MSK – NXT Tag Team Championship
It was an emotional night for Wes Lee who witnessed the return of Zachary Wentz to NXT. Wentz showed up alongside Trey Miguel to stop Lee from making a hasty decision.
The Rascalz would defeat Gallus before putting on a MOTY against Super Sonic Duo and Je’Von Evans on 7/23 NXT. The win prompted Lee and Wentz to challenge Axiom and Frazer for the tag team titles.
For those unaware, MSK were stripped of the NXT tag team titles following a controversy surrounding Wentz, who was released from WWE back in April 2022.
Kelani Jordan (c) vs. Tatum Paxley – NXT Women’s North American Championship
Tatum Paxley’s obsession with titles has put her across NXT Women’s North American Champion Kelani Jordan.
Paxley had previously unsuccessfully challenged for the NXT Women’s Championship as well as the TNA Knockouts Championship.
Tonight, Paxley enters the ring to take on Jordan at NXT Great American Bash.
Ethan Page defends his title at NXT Great American Bash
Ethan Page is reaping what he sowed months ago on WWE NXT.
All Ego earned a shot at the NXT Championship at the expense of Meta Four’s Noam Dar and Oro Mensah. Little did Page know that he would be embarrassed by Mensah on multiple occasions.
Meta Four’s Main Man has been successfully in getting Page on the mat for the three count, but will he able able to do it when it matters the most?
WrestleZone will have full coverage of NXT The Great American Bash Night 2 as it airs.
