This technically shouldn’t count because he’s not a part of the 205 Live roster anymore, but simply due to his weight, we’ll count him anyway. Mustafa Ali’s contribution to the Cruiserweight division can’t be overstated. He was a replacement superstar at the CWC tournament and ended up getting signed.
Since then, Ali really made his name and won the hearts of fans across the world. His success and strong character led backstage officials to feel that he needed to move to bigger and better things, and Ali will make his way on the main roster starting from SmackDown Live.
