Thunder Rosa previously defeated Mercedes Martinez on the February 16th edition of Dynamite. Martinez first appeared in AEW in December, coming to the aid of Britt Baker. However, Rosa garnered the strength to defeat Martinez in a recent No Disqualification match.
Now, for the first time since March 2021, Thunder Rosa will once again meet Britt Baker in singles competition. These two first clashed AEW Dynamite: St. Patrick’s Day Slam last year in an Unsanctioned Lights Out match, where Rosa took home the victory.

March 4th will showcase “WOMEN BEHAVING BADLY!” with a high stakes main event. NWA Tag Team Champions Allysin Kay & Marti Belle will collide with EVE’s Tag Team Champions Skye Smitson and Rhia O’Reilly in a Title versus Title, Winner Takes All matchup. The Hex will travel abroad to take on The Uprising for the very first time in this main event matchup.
In addition, newly crowned EVE Champion Jetta will defend her championship against Emersyn Jayne in EVE’s first-ever 30 minute Iron Woman match. Newly crowned EVE International Champion Laura Di Matteo will compete against The Ava as well, in a non-title matchup on March 4th.
The “WOMEN BEHAVING BADLY!” show also marks the return of the SHE 1 Series for Pro-Wrestling EVE. “The Renaissance Woman” will be returning to the United Kingdom to take on former EVE Champion, Charlie Morgan in a qualifying matchup. Former EVE Tag Team Champion, Charli Evans will return to EVE to take on Riho in a qualifying matchup as well.

Queen of the Carnival Champion Alex Windsor will clash with Lizzy Evo in a non-title matchup. Lastly on the March 4th show, NXT UK stars Nina Samuels and Emilia McKenzie will face off in an exciting matchup.
In addition to “WOMEN BEHAVING BADLY!”, EVE is scheduled to feature “BRAWL AT THE BREWERY” on March 5th. As of this writing, a few matchups have already been announced.
Charli Evans and Millie McKenzie (Medusa Complex) will reunite to take on familiar foes Jetta and Erin Angel (Wrestle Friends) in a live audience only match. This marks the first time since 2019 that these two teams have squared off.

Emersyn Jayne is slated to take on The Ava on March 5th in a non-title matchup as of now. The stipulation of this matchup highly depends upon Jayne’s EVE Championship matchup the night prior. Should she reclaim the gold, her match against the Ava on March 5th may change.
In addition, Charlie Morgan will collide with Lizzy Evo. Alex Windsor will also defend her Queen of the Carnival Championship against Ivy at BRAWL AT THE BREWERY.
Other talent scheduled to appear on March 5th include EVE International Champion Laura Di Matteo, Lana Austin, Max The Impaler, Alexis Falcon, The Hex and more.
Women’s Tag Team Championships To Be Defended At WrestleMania 38
Last week on Friday Night Smackdown, Sasha Banks returned to in-ring action for the first time since the 2022 Royal Rumble. There, Banks squared off with a familiar foe, in the form of Shotzi.
Before the match officially began however, fellow Smackdown star Naomi made a surprise appearance to join commentary for the duration of the match. In the end, Banks forced Shotzi to tap out after applying her signature Bank Statement submission.
Following the matchup, Naomi joined Sasha Banks in the ring to proclaim that they would be the next WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.
There apparent challenge would then be answered on Monday Night RAW by the current champions, Carmella and Queen Zelina. Accordingly, the current WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions officially accepted the challenge, and will go on to defend their titles against Naomi and Sasha Banks at WrestleMania.
Regarding that #WrestleMania challenge from @SashaBanksWWE & @NaomiWWE … @CarmellaWWE & @ZelinaVegaWWE accept!

Queen Zelina previously defeated Sasha Banks from the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble in shocking fashion. Now, Banks will receive a chance a payback and some tag team gold. Banks and Naomi previously teamed together in 2015 and 2016 as a part of Team B.A.D (with Tamina), but have yet to claim tag team gold together as a team. Will the Women’s Tag Team Championships favor Team B.A.D at WrestleMania?
With this WrestleMania challenge, Carmella and Queen Zelina receive their first challengers for the championships since January 3rd. In addition, this matchup marks the first time since WrestleMania 37 last year that the Women’s Tag Team Championships will be defended on a pay-per-view event.
As of this writing, three women’s matches are set to take place at this year’s WrestleMania spectacular. On April 2nd, Becky Lynch will defend her RAW Women’s Championship against Bianca Belair. In the main event of that same night, Charlotte Flair will defend her Smackdown Women’s Championship against Ronda Rousey. WWE has yet to confirm which night the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match will appear on.
