WWE SmackDown saw an increase in viewership on June 20.
According to Wrestlenomics, SmackDown averaged 1.524 million viewers on Friday. The show drew a 0.38 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership is up from last week’s episode, when an average of 1.401 million viewers tuned in. The demo stayed even from last week’s show (0.38 rating in the same demographic).

What happened on WWE SmackDown this week?
This week’s show kicked off with a promo from LA Knight. He was interrupted by Paul Heyman, who told him to leave the building. Knight refused, and Heyman sent Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed after him. Knight got the better of them, and a match was set for later.
Randy Orton and Asuka won their respective matches to advance in the King & Queen of the Ring tournament.
Elsewhere on the show, Charlotte Flair defeated Chelsea Green.
In the main event of the evening, Ron Killings defeated John Cena via disqualification. Following the match, CM Punk came out to make the save, and Cena got the better of him, cutting a “pipe bomb” style promo on him to end the show.
