Adrian Neville (c) vs. Titus O’Neil
Official ring introductions to start this one off, and Titus is being very disrespectful to the much, much smaller guy. The height difference alone is incredibly obvious. They lock up with Neville going into the headlock first, but Titus ends up picking him up with ease. Neville with a nice dropkick that knocks him backwards, followed by a roll-up, but Titus again just picks him up and slams the champ into the corner. He continues the beat down for a few minutes, in and around the ring as they go into a commercial break.
After the break, Neville tries a few high flying moves, but keeps getting caught by the big man. Every time he gets some momentum, he runs into a big boot or a shoulder tackle. Titus puts on a huge bear hug for a few minutes that actually looked pretty brutal because of the size difference. Neville eventually slaps the challenger across the face, which pisses him off. Titus ends up running into boots in the corner, and Neville catches him with the Red Arrow for the 1-2-3.
Winner: Adrian Neville
-As Neville is celebrating his win on the ramp, Sami Zayn comes out and says that he wants a rematch for the NXT Championship. Adrian says he can have another match, wherever he wants it. Zayn tells him to hold onto the title because he won’t have it much longer. Neville pats him on the back and tells him he’s not worried, because the fans all know Sami Zayn can’t win the big one.
