As reported by PWInsider, WWE superstar Dean Ambrose has been spotted at the Performance Center in Orlando over the last few days as he continues to rehabilitate his torn tricep injury. Following the initial incident WWE claimed that Ambrose would be out for nine months, and as it stands, we’re six months into his recovery. The report did not suggest whether or not he was training in the ring, but just that he was indeed present at the facility.
