EVOLVE announced NXT star Adam Cole will defend his North American Championship against WALTER at EVOLVE 107.

Austrian star and EVOLVE regular WALTER has been selected as Cole’s challenger on June 24th. WALTER wrestled at WWE Wrestlemania Axxess earlier this year. He has been a standout in EVOLVE during the past year.Cole became the inaugural NXT North American Champion by winning a six man ladder match at NXT Takeover New Orleans on April 7th. WALTER is regarded as a top competitor all over the independent wrestling world and makes the perfect challenger.“This is a landmark announcement for EVOLVE,” WWN VP Of Talent Relations & Creative Gabe Sapolsky said. “WWE has been growing this relationship with EVOLVE for a few years. Impact Wrestling has announced this year’s Slammiversary VIP festivities will feature a special screening of ‘Boone The Bounty Hunter’ with Johnny Impact.
