Colt Cabana just posted the following on Twitter, announcing he will be unable to appear at Friday night’s Compound Pro Wrestling event.
The event, named after Cabana (Cabanaramma) is scheduled for Friday, June 1st in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As noted Cabana will still appear at Ring Of Honor’s June 2nd ‘New York City Excellence’ event; his lawsuit involving CM Punk and WWE doctor Chris Amann reportedly started today in Cook County, Illinois.
CM Punk & Colt Cabana Trial To Begin Today
I’m sorry to the fans of @Compoundpw.
Due to mandatory court obligations I’ll be unable to attend the show this Friday…
I’ll still be in NY for @ringofhonor doing commentary though.
Thanks.— Colt Cabana? (@ColtCabana) May 29, 2018
Compound Pro Wrestling also issued the following statement:
Fans we regret to inform you that due to Colt Cabana's scheduled appearance in court on Fri, June 1st, he will unable to appear so we must postpone our event on that day. All pre-sold ticket purchases have been refunded. Our next event will be Fri June 22nd, feat. Matt Cross.
