Seth Rollins won the Intercontinental in the opening match at Wrestlemania 34, and in turn became WWE’s latest Grand Slam Champion.
Rollins ran in during the final moments of the match after Finn Balor hit Miz with the Coupe de Grace and hit Balor with the Blackout. Rollins then backed into the corner and hit Miz with another one for good measure and made the cover.
Wrestlemania 34 – 11th Grand Slam Champion
Rollins is the 11th Grand Slam Champion in the modern format; he won the following titles to accomplish the feat:
- WWE Championship – March 29th 2015
- WWE / RAW Tag Team Championship – May 19th 2013
- United States Championship – August 23rd 2015
- Intercontinental Championship – April 8th 2018
