In Ring Segment: Asuka
Before Asuka can say why she chose Charlotte to face at WrestleMania Alexa Bliss and Mickie James come out. Bliss says since Asuka’s English isn’t that good so let her explain. Bliss says Asuka is awesome and very smart. Asuka is going to face Charlotte because she knows she wouldn’t be able to beat Bliss. Bliss says Asuka knows she couldn’t beat Bliss at Mania. Asuka says she chose Charlotte because to be the women, she has to beat the woman. Charlotte is the best champion in WWE. Bliss says this must be a language barrier thing. Asuka says she beat Bliss before and she can do it again right now. Bliss says in Asuka’s dreams. Bliss says Asuka will face this woman-! No one comes out. James whispers something to Bliss. Bliss distracts Asuka which allows James to attack her.
Asuka vs Mickie James w/Alexa Bliss
The match started during the commercial break. James is working over Asuka. Asuka floors James with a hip attack. Asuka unloads on James with stiff kicks. James rolls out of the ring. Sliding knee off the apron by Asuka. James tries to leave through the crowd. Asuka pulls James back into the ringside area. Asuka tries to kicks James but James moves. Asuka kicks the ring post. Asuka is clutching her leg. Asuka is almost counted out. James focuses her attack on Asuka’s injured leg. James rolls through and almost gets a three count Asuka. Asuka kicks James in the head. Asuka backhands James. Pop-up knee by Asuka. Asuka misses a head kick. James sweeps Asuka’s legs. Flapjack by James. James nips up and goes up top. Asuka cuts James off. James destroys Asuka with a sunset bomb off the top. James misses the Mick Kick. Asuka slaps on the Asuka Lock. James has no choice but to tap out.
Winner- Asuka
After the match, Bliss storms off and leaves James in the ring.
