Sports Illustrated‘s Justin Barrasso is reporting John Cena is the person who requested to work with Rey Mysterio at Wrestlemania 34.
Barrasso, who first reported Mysterio was backstage at last night’s Smackdown tapings, also revealed the potential Cena vs Mysterio match was discussed after it was determined Undertaker will not be working this year’s Wrestlemania 34.
It was also said that Cena requested a match with Samoa Joe or Mysterio at Wrestlemania 34, the latter getting a ton of buzz due to his Royal Rumble appearance.
