Backstage, Shane confronts Bryan about putting Styles in back-to-back matches tonight. Bryan says he didn’t come out there to book that match. Styles did that himself. Bryan says he knows Styles can defend himself tonight. Bryan asks Shane if he is questioning Styles’ ability to defend himself. Shane says it’s not Styles ability that he is questioning. Shane walks away.
Jey Uso w/Jimmy Uso vs Chad Gable w/Shelton Benjamin
Gable takes Jey down a few time. Vicious cross face strikes by Gable. Jey gets to his feet and trips Gable so he is sent flying out of the ring. Gable gets back in the ring and eats a kick from Jey. Jey and Gable lock up again. Gable goes behind Jey. Jey escapes and kicks Gable in the gut. Jey goes for a Samoan drop but Gable wiggles off Jey’s shoulder and sends him into the ring post. Gable works over Jey’s injured shoulder/arm.
Northern light suplex by Gable. Jey kicks out. Gable tries a moonsault. Jey moves out of the way but Gable lands on his feet. Jey tosses Gable out of the ring. Jey tries a dive but Gable elbows him in the face. Gable gets back in the ring but Jey grabs him by the head and tosses him over the top rope on the other side of the ring. Topé suicida by Jey. Jey climbs up top for the splash. Gable moves. Jey lands on his feet. Jey crushes Gable with a Samoan drop. Gable tries to hit the Chaos Theory. Jey avoids it and misses a superkick. Gable hits the Chaos Theory for the win.
