Elias made a big statement on WWE RAW 25 ahead of Sunday’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view by attacking John Cena and laying him out with a guitar shot.
Elias came to the ring to debut a new song and played to the crowd a bit, which included Jimmy Fallon in the front row, before John Cena cut him off. Elias took offense to Cena interrupting him and said no one cared about Cena and told him to leave. Cena dared him to do something about it but Elias rebuffed, only to try and attack him anyway. Cena went for an Attitude Adjustment but Elias hit him with a low blow, then broke his guitar over his back and dropped him with the Drift Away before leaving.
