Rezar starts to climb the ladder as Akam is holding it. Ciampa climbs the ladder behind him and back suplexes him off the top of the ladder onto a ladder! The ladder explodes into a million pieces. Akam tries to climb the ladder but Gargano cuts him off. Akam picks up a ladder and puts it around his neck. Gargano superkicks Akam. Akam drops to his knees. Gargano and Ciampa hit meet in the middle on Akam with the ladder! Ciampa and Gargano climb the ladder together. The AoP push the ladder from under Gargano and Ciampa. Gargano and Ciampa are left hanging from the titles. Akam and Rezar pull Ciampa and Gargano off the belts and power bomb them in unison. Akam and Rezar hold on and pick up Ciampa and Gargano and hit the super collider. Akam and Rezar climb the ladder and pull down the belts for the win.

After the match, Ciampa and Gargano embrace in the ring. Ciampa and Gargano walk up the ramp. They turn around and point to the crowd. Gargano turns to walk to the back. Ciampa grabs Gargano’s head and slams him into the stage. Ciampa knees Gargano in the head. Ciampa beats down Gargano and walks away. Gargano starts to get up. Ciampa pulls down his knee pad and destroys Gargano with a running knee strike. Ciampa picks up Gargano and puts him on the announce table. Ciampa picks up Gargano for the Kryptonite crunch. Instead of dropping Gargano on the announce table, Ciampa dives off the announce table with Gargano through multiple tables! Ciampa sits on the announce table as the paramedics attend to Gargano.
