– Backstage, Brian Kendrick cut a very angry promo about originally wanting to take Akira Tozawa under his wing, but how he didn’t count on him being so stubborn. He mocks Tozawa for giving in to the praise of the monkeys in the crowd that chant back his “AH!” noises. The two will collide for the final time next week on 205 Live.
– Tony Nese is in the ring ready for his match against Mustafa Ali, but as the later is making his entrance, Drew Gulak comes flying down behind him and levels him with a clothesline to the back of the head. He throws Ali into the barricade, then wickedly bounces him off the corner turnbuckle. Gulak threw his lifeless body back into the ring and held him into the corner, as Nese kills him with an exposed running knee strike.
– Rich Swann is backstage, and says that what’s best for him is to get as far away from Alicia Fox and Noam Darr as humanly possible. A messenger arrives with a package for Swann, but he says that’s not him, and directs him towards Ariya Daivari. The messenger then gets yelled at and Daivari said the box contains his $2300 custom made sunglasses. He realizes the box isn’t in fact his, and puts it down, only for Gentlemen Jack Gallagher to come by and pick it up. Daivari comes back and tells him to “get your hands off my package” – yes, seriously. He calls Gallagher common street trash, and Jack says he’s going to let that one slide and hands him the box. Of course, Daivari opens the box and gets a face full of white powder shot all over his $1500 suit jacket.
