Dutch Mantell (Zeb Colter) comes out and says he’s here because 8 years ago Impact Wrestling was great and he’s here to make it great again. He talks about all of the past names that left like AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Sting, Kurt Angle and others. Dutch says they left due to a lack of leadership, but more importantly, the fans left too. He says he wants to bring the fans back and is only here for some advice, and this incarnation of Impact Wrestling is going to be given back to the fans. He asks everyone to stand and say ‘We The People… will make Impact great’.
Cody comes out and calls Moose out again, but Jeremy Borash reminds him Moose is in Japan. Cody sits in the ring in protest before leaving.

– Moose wins round 1. Cody accidentally hit a judge and knocked him out, so Bruce Prichard came out and served as third judge. Cody wins round 2. Brandi walks out on Cody before round 3, and Moose won by split decision.
