Tony Nese Promo:
We get a vignette for the premiere athlete, Tony Nese. Nese is what everyone looks up to and aspires to be. Everybody has their eyes on him because he’s the premier athlete. He says the only one he can respect is himself. The WWE was wrong to turn him away in the past.
When Nese looks in the mirror he sees a premier athlete. Nese doesn’t know why he has to shake his opponent’s hand at the start of the match. Nese is speed, strength and skills. Nese is good at everything. Nese feels like he’s the gladiator in the arena. His goal is to take everyone who ever said no to him and shove it down their throats. Nese will prove that he’s the greatest Cruiserweight, Superstar, and Champion.
Second Match: Tony Nese w/Drew Gulak vs. Jack Gallagher
Nese and Gallagher shakes hands before the bell rings. Nese applies a wrist lock. Gallagher with a unique to escape the wrist lock. Gallagher with a wrist lock takedown. Nese connects with a head scissors submission hold. Gallagher trips Nese. Gallagher applies a side headlock. Gallagher goes for a running shoulder tackle, but Nese stands still. Gallagher goes back to the side headlock. Nese drives Gallagher into the corner.
Nese slaps Gallagher in the face. Nese lands a series of right hands in the corner. Nese launches Gallagher to the top rope. Gallagher plays mind games with Nese. Gallagher with a leg scissors takeover. Gallagher with a dynamic dropkick which forces Nese to roll out of the ring. Ariya Daivari chop blocks Gallagher to cause the disqualification. Daivari transitions into the ground and pound attack. Daivari gets Gallagher tied in the tree of woe. Daivari is kicking Gallagher’s ass. Daivari connects with a wrecking ball dropkick.
