Instead of being welcomed by the normal Talking Smack theme song, the Wyatt Family’s images appeared on the screen. Standing behind the desk are all three members of the Wyatt family with no sign of Renee Young or Daniel Bryan.
Bray Wyatt explains that when he and his brothers first came to WWE, they came seeking change. They wanted to tear the machine down.
He says that today is a good day because it is no longer about red or blue. It is about grey skies because the Wyatts are in charge. He believes that the Tag Team Championships have made them immortal. He also acknowledges that ever since Randy Orton joined them that they have been stronger than ever. Bray Wyatt continued and said that “it is better to rule in hell than to serve in heaven.”
Randy Orton joins in and says that he used to be the legend killer. The Apex Predator. The Viper. But now as a Wyatt, he is more dangerous than he has ever been.
Luke Harper speaks last as he walks towards the camera. He says they told everyone to pay attention to them and to give them what they want or else they would take it. Now they are saying, to send whoever you want. But don’t send anyone you want back. While completely in the camera, he ends it with “Run.”
Now the Talking Smack theme song is played and Daniel Bryan and Renee Young comes on camera. Daniel Bryan says they got “Wyatted.”
Renee Young asked Daniel Bryan what type of ship he is running because all of the wrestlers have been out of control lately. He says that he has been busy because the main event fell apart because of AJ Styles ankle.
Renee Young points out that the actual main event fell apart also. Daniel Bryan says that he does not know what is wrong with James Ellsworth but he thinks it might be incompetence. He does not think that he was trying to make Dean Ambrose lose but he was trying to help after Maryse interfered. He thinks that Ellsworth is delusional.
Renee Young blames Daniel Bryan for everything that is happening because he initially encouraged James Ellsworth. Of course Daniel Bryan disagrees because he feels like he is doing his job as a GM by encouraging his wrestlers.
Renee Young asks if he encouraged Dean Ambrose before his Intercontinental Title match. The GM says that he did not have to because Ambrose was already ready to kills someone. He thinks that if he had of tried that Ambrose would have punched him in the face.
Daniel Bryan says that he decided to make the match a title match because the World Championship match was canceled. He wanted to make up for it with another title match. He also added that it did not help that the Miz was teasing Ambrose for losing on Sunday.
Bryan says that he does not care that the Miz has the Intercontinental Championship. He says that the title has been elevated more since the draft especially over the US Championship.
Second Guest: Carmella
After a brief conversation about how Daniel Bryan does not give the women encouragement before their matches, they talk about Natalya.
Carmella hates that she is lying and believes Natalya deserves an Oscar for her acting skills. She says that she will not have the lying.
Renee Young asks Carmella what happened in the ring against Natalya. Carmella tells a story about how before the match she and Natalya were talking about how Nikki Bella left her hat in catering. They all knew the order of the entrances. She says that Natalya went back to catering to attack her. She says that other than herself, Natalya was the only person who knew. She points out that she has been attacking Nikki Bella for a while and has no reason to lie about it.
She believes that Natalya is jealous because Nikki is stealing her moment. Nikki Bella is the star of Total Divas and has her own spin off show.
Daniel Bryan believes that Natalya could have done it. He also adds that he does not know Carmella. There is a possibility that she could be lying. Before Carmella leaves, she says that the truth will come out.
Next, they talk about Alexa Bliss. He believes that she deserves the title because she has worked for it. He believes that both Alexa Bliss and Becky Lynch did a great job in their tables match. He is proud of the show they put on.
Renee Young adds that AJ Styles also put on a show because of the hole in his pants. Daniel Bryan responds by telling her that AJ Styles executed amazing moves but all she could focus on was his pants. She tells him that she gave it a two day grace period. Daniel Bryan does not kow what he wants her to say about that situation.
Third Guest: Heath Slater and Rhyno
A very quiet and sad former Tag Team joined the show. Heath Slater said that they took all challengers as champs but you win some and lose some. Rhyno added that their best just wasn’t good enough.
Renee Young asks the team what is next for them. Heath Slater says they will continue climbing the ladder. Slater asks Rhyno what he thought about it. Rhyno says that he is not sure but he thought that he would not be the only person in the ring during their rematch.
Daniel Bryan asks Rhyno if he blames the lost on Heath Slater. Rhyno tells Daniel Bryan not to jump in. Slater seemed surprise and asks his partner if they were really having that conversation.
Slater did not know that they were keeping score and says that he won the titles for them. Rhyno reminds him that he won only after a gore. Slater then response that Rhyno lost the titles for them as well.
After that comment, Rhyno decides to walk away leaving a confused Heath Slater. Slater apologizes for Rhyno and leaves to go talk to his Tag Team partner.
